Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

Firstly we do not ship physical products Internationally and if you accidentally make a purchase and your international, we will refund your full purchase price back to you. Digital products are sold worldwide as they are downloadable.

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by 3pm (Adelaide time) the same day of the order if the item/s are in stock. If an item is not in stock, we can normally get it in within 24-48 hours.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery if your order is not expected to ship within 48 hours.

Once orders are shipped to you then please allow an appropriate amount of time for the product/s to arrive at your delivery address, allowing for your location from Adelaide, South Australia.

Orders that contain downloads are not instant. For downloadable products we need to verify your payment first, and once verified you will be given access to them in your members area of this website. The login details will be sent in your welcome email. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day but may take longer depending on the product ordered.

We ship most orders using Australia Post eParcel. All orders must be signed for.  If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from some-one at your address then they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. It is not possible for a parcel to be left without a signature.

We Currently are unable to provide product PickUp service from our premises, but are looking into that for the future.
 

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product/s, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Occasionally a Fixed Shipping Price may be shown on the sales page for that item/s
 

BACK ORDERS:
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
 
 

RETURNS POLICY:
Most products may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us before returning any product, unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. A restocking fee may apply on returned orders. The purchaser is liable for the cost of return freight and insurance. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in any circumstance. Also you MUST Include with your returned product/s a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the Original Receipt if provided by us.
 

Software:
Packaged Software can be returned within 15 days of receipt of delivery provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in a re-salable condition. Software that has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.  Please ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements needed to run the program before opening a software product.  Please contact us before returning any product.

Software that is Downloaded from our website cannot be returned, so please ensure before purchasing that it’s exactly what you want, as the sale is final.

Hardware / Accessories:
Some computer hardware and accessories can be returned within 15 days of receipt of delivery as long as they have not been used and are still in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any product/s.
 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will Not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling costs that you paid on the order.

Refunds:
All physical products purchased Must be returned back to us via mail at the purchasers expense. Products must be returned in their original manufacturers packaging and not damaged and in the original condition. Once we have received our product back it will be inspected for damage etc to assess your refund.

Exchanges:
If your clothing item is in a like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay the return shipping and handling costs.
