New and is supplied with the two fixing screws as shown in pictures.
Please ensure that this part number is correct for your vehicle and please compare this IAC Valve with your existing one and in particular, take special note to orientation of the 4 pin plug in relation to the fixing holes. The fixing holes are offset so it will only fit one way onto your car.
