Also Admin will from now on Verify Every Advert before it is posted to the classifieds to ensure that they are posted to the Correct Section and comply to our Rules, and if it doesn't then it will not be posted here.... If you use safelists then you MUST
read this.
Well I have just been told that the owners of ListBank and ProListHosting Safelist Hosting have finally ammended their main websites text to state clearly that they do Not Send Members Emails..... what a nice piece of honesty finally.... But I wonder if they have made the people who operate (lease) their safelists aware of the fact that they are Legally Responsible for the operations of their safelist? As if these operators advertise that they send members emails then they themselves are in breach of the Advertising Laws and could be Prosecuted for False And Misleading Advertising, and profiting from such.... So they should use the text off their main hosting websites on their safelist websites to avoid prosecution and remove All References to members sending emails from their advertising.
